Due to the nature of our goods we require signatures for confirmation of delivery. We do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

Remarkit e-Shop does not ship overseas, all purchases are for New Zealand only.

However if you have purchases of a bulk nature, multiple units up to pallets and or containers in size we can work with your freight forwarding company of choice.

Remarkit advises all purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the value of the item being sold. The equipment sale can been viewed in our Warehouse prior to purchasing. This is by appointment only. All units are tested prior to listing. Some items may have slight defects such as scratches to the casing, and/or minor cosmetic defects and/or missing parts. The equipment advertised is normally graded as "Fair". This rating is our highest rating on secondhand equipment. Any defects will normally be noted in descriptions. We advise purchases to consider these comments before purchasing. Remarkit have done their best to provide accurate descriptions. However from time to time human error may occur. In these cases Remarkit will consider any complaint regarding reasonable errors and omissions and will use its discretion in seeking any remedies that may be applicable.
